Throughout the build, Mark (and the team), have been very patient with me asking questions about things or for explanations about the process. Not being involved in the building trade, this has resulted in some interesting conversations where I’m trying to describe something by what it looks like (usually resulting in me pointing at the thing in question or taking a photo of it) much to the hilarity of everyone involved. But every time the Granite Guys have answered my questions in a way I can understand and explained what the thing is, what it does, why it’s important and describing any different options if appropriate.
We have been very impressed with the work ethic and skills of the guys in the Granite tops. They turn up on time and work long days. There’s no slacking off and they leave everything tidy at the end of the day. They are always friendly and polite but don’t just stand around and chat. They work very hard. Their main goal seems to be to ensure that the customer gets what they want and if that is not possible, come up with good alternatives. Even our neighbours have commented on how friendly and polite they are.

"The work comprised removal of several internal walls, modifications to an existing building and construction of new build, the provision of a new boiler, new fitted kitchen and both mechanical and electrical services.
Not overly complicated but required careful planning.
